Inspired by both the classic countryside beauty and the contemporary airy designs of Monteverdi Tuscany, this Italian wedding dinner incorporated modern fashion and feel of ease with traditional Italian elements.
The welcome party was designed to make the guests feel the warmth of Italian hospitality. The design by Kaleb Norman James was inspired by the beautiful scenes you see wandering through the small towns with quaint farmers market stalls of fresh vegetables and vine ripe tomatoes. This inspired the color palette and led to the selection of the red plates in the table setting which have been locally made in Florence for generations. We featured over 7 varieties of locally grown tomatoes from the region, along with the most perfect quail eggs. Farm-to-table on-site culinary and three signature Italian cocktails made the guests feeling embraced in culture and scenery of the region right away.
For her welcome dinner, the bride wore a strapless cotton-blend twill, tulle and plissé-satin bustier top by Danielle Frankel, paired with straight white pants to complement the look. Danielle Frankel Studio is known for unique fabric pairings, playful accents and impeccably tailored pieces – exactly to fit a modern bride’s fearless, yet romantic personality.
Curios what bride wore for her wedding the next day?
